Hours: Part-Time; 16 Hours Weekly: Tuesday: 1 pm-5 pm, Thursday: 8 am-5 pm, Friday: 8 am-12 pm

Prepare patients for OBGYN visits, including prenatal checkups, annual exams, problem visits, and follow-up appointments.
Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, menstrual and obstetric histories, and pregnancy-related information.
Assist with in-office procedures such as:
Pap smears
STI testing
Colposcopies
IUD insertions/removals
Endometrial biopsies
NSTs (Non-Stress Tests), if applicable
Provide patient education on prenatal care, postpartum expectations, contraception, and gynecologic health.
Support prenatal workflows including labs, ultrasounds, glucose testing, and follow-up scheduling.
Ensure continuity of care by coordinating referrals to Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Radiology, and women’s health specialists.
Assist with fetal movement counseling, prenatal visit summaries, and pregnancy-related documentation.
Document all clinical interactions accurately within the EMR.
Maintain compliance with OBGYN-specific regulatory standards, infection control procedures, and safety protocols.
Prepare exam rooms, ensure equipment readiness, and oversee sterilization and supply management.
Education/Certification/License:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience working in an OBGYN, women’s health, or outpatient specialty setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of reproductive health, prenatal care, gynecologic conditions, and women’s wellness.
Ability to perform clinical tasks consistent with scope of practice and organizational policy.
